Let's collaborate.
Tell us about your challenge.

Helpful to include
Four things that make the first call useful
-
What has to be decided, or what is stuck
In plain terms. The messier the better.
-
Who needs to be in the room
How many people, and from how many teams or organizations.
-
When, and roughly how long
Two hours, a day, several days. If that is undecided, we can work this out in discovery.
-
What happens afterward
What do you hope to get from the session?
None of this is required. A sentence saying you are looking to collaborate on a challenge is a perfectly good place to start.
